Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Practice ENT in the Heart of the Ponderosa Pines!
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our busy and collaborative Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) team. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, adaptable, and eager to grow within a specialty practice. This role includes both autonomous practice and close collaboration with ENT physicians across clinic and procedural settings.

About Us
Flagstaff Surgical Associates (FSA) is a multi-specialty medical group with 32 physicians and advanced practice providers. We proudly serve Northern Arizona by offering comprehensive care in Urology, General Surgery/Trauma, Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT)-including Allergy & Audiology, and Gastroenterology.
Our Allergy group provides a wide scope of services including allergy testing, immunotherapy, asthma management, and routine ENT-adjacent care.
Position Overview
This is an incredible opportunity with a well-established practice. The ENT’s split time between a heavy office/procedure clinical practice, and surgery and are looking for a primarily office-based PA/NP to assist with triage, staff education, ENT patients visits, allergy clinic (with allergy clinical staff).
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments, histories, and physical examinations
- Conduct and assist with ENT procedures (e.g., laryngoscopy, nasal endoscopy, cerumen removal)
- Manage acute and chronic ENT conditions
- Formulate and implement patient treatment plans
- Provide pre- and post-operative care and patient education
- Order, review, and interpret labs and imaging
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
- Coordinate care with physicians, audiology, allergy, and other specialty teams
- Participate in workflow improvements and clinical quality initiatives

Qualifications
Required:
- PA: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program + current NCCPA certification
- NP: Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing + national board certification (FNP, AGNP, ACNP, etc.)
- Active state license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
Preferred:
- Prior ENT, surgical, or specialty experience
